Since its establishment in 2006, Berlin Property Invest AS and Berlin Invest AS has been actively investing across most districts of Berlin. To date, the company has invested in 36 properties. Approximately 200 apartments have been sold, while around 300 apartments are currently held for long-term rental.

Our investment strategy has primarily focused on acquiring properties located in quiet side streets adjacent to major thoroughfares, such as Schloßstraße in Steglitz and Kurfürstendamm in Charlottenburg. At the same time, we remain open to attractive opportunities elsewhere in the city when we identify strong long-term potential.

We have a particular appreciation for classic buildings with distinctive architectural details. Our ambition is to restore these elements with care and quality, allowing the buildings to regain their original character and elegance. Our goal is always to create “the nicest house on the street,” ensuring that residents feel a sense of pride when entering a well-maintained entrance hall featuring restored stucco ceilings and brass doorbells.

Looking ahead, we will continue to place strong emphasis on energy-efficient and cost-saving investments, enhancing both sustainability and long-term value across our portfolio.
